Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a truly wonderful way of making remarkable life changes. Hypnosis is drastically misunderstood. Even the word "hypnosis," which is Greek for "sleep," is actually incorrect.

During hypnosis, the client is more awake than their usual state of being. In a hypnosis session, the practitioner guides the client through various stages of relaxation, thereby quieting the judgmental mind so that the subconscious mind can be tapped into. Our subconscious is where our beliefs, values and creativity are stored. Our subconscious is the key to achieving long-lasting, powerful changes.

During this state of relaxation, suggestions can be made in order to help the client make the changes they desire. Hypnosis can help clients overcome addictions, habits, phobias, and negative emotional and behavioral patterns. Hypnosis can also help clients tap into their power so that they may realize their full potential.
